Services · External Caulking
UV-stable, high-movement sealing for Queensland facades.

Overview
South East Queensland’s intense sub-tropical sun, torrential downpours, and thermal cycling create intense expansion and contraction stress on building envelopes. Our external caulking systems are engineered with high-movement hybrid polymers that resist UV breakdown and weather extremes.
Applications
Watertight perimeter seals for composite panels, AAC panels, and lightweight cladding.
Flexible polyurethane jointing preventing concrete cracking and water ingress.
Weatherproof barriers preventing wind-driven rain penetration.
High-elevation weather seals installed safely and cleanly.
Waterproof jointing around balustrades, drainage penetrations, and structural posts.
Sealants rated for Queensland UV exposure and wind-driven rain.
Technical Highlights

On Site
Window heads, cladding and brick control joints, sealed from the ladder up in one clean, continuous run.

FAQ
For most facade, cladding and window perimeter joints we specify UV-stable hybrid polymer (MS / SMP) sealants. They are paintable, weather resistant and accommodate high movement. Polyurethane is preferred for trafficable concrete joints.
Backing rod sets the correct sealant depth and stops the sealant bonding to the back of the joint. Two-sided adhesion lets the sealant stretch and compress as the building moves without tearing.
Yes. Our team works safely at height with the appropriate tickets and access equipment, including EWPs, for soffits, parapets and multi-storey facades.
